As a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and educator with nearly 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, college professor, special education administrator, district and ESD consultant, and former state special education Program Supervisor, I founded GGEBC to bridge evidence and empathy, and partner with schools and families across Washington State to build trauma-informed, collaborative systems where children—and the adults who support them—can learn and thrive.

adolescent life coaching (7-18)
Raising the Salt of the Earth™ Adolescent Life Coaching is a preventative, values-based coaching service that helps children and teens build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-leadership. This is not therapy. Coaching focuses on life skills, identity, and values, with parents included as partners. Our approach is supportive, strengths-based, and grounded in the SALT framework (Supportive, Accountable, Loving, Trustworthy).
Packages:
Starter – $350 (4 weekly 45-minute sessions + 1 parent check-in)
Core – $650 (8 weekly 45-minute sessions + 2 parent check-ins)

Education Advocacy
Navigating special education and Section 504 can feel overwhelming. Grounded Growth provides compassionate, informed advocacy to help families understand the process, participate confidently, and secure appropriate supports for their child. Our approach is collaborative, child-centered, and grounded in clear, respectful communication with schools.
Family Advocacy Services & Fees
Parent Engagement Assessment – $250
Review of records, concerns, and priorities with a written summary and next steps.IEP & Evaluation Support – $150/hour
Document review, recommendations, and preparation support.Meeting Attendance & Advocacy – $150/hour
Participation in IEP, 504, eligibility, or problem-solving meetings.

Earth Enrichments Child Program
Earthy Enrichments is a developmentally rich, Montessori-inspired learning program designed for children ages 0–12. Rooted in nature, sensory exploration, and play-based learning, these classes nurture curiosity, confidence, and connection while supporting the social-emotional and behavioral skills children need to thrive.
Created by a BCBA and longtime early childhood educator, Earthy Enrichments blends evidence-based practices with a gentle, whole-child approach. Each class follows a grounding rhythm that supports regulation, engagement, and joyful learning.
